The world’s most powerful man showed off the visa, aimed at VIP foreigners, to reporters on board Air Force One on Thursday as his face glistened with sweat. The geriatric leader, 78, said the “green-card-privileges-plus” card will allow wealthy elites to buy their way into America and “create jobs”.
