DJ Qool Qing

Born Jerry Charles in Port‑au‑Prince, Haiti, DJ Qool Qing arrived in the U.S. at 18 to attend Mercer University After a year he transferred to Kennesaw State University to study information technology. On campus he quickly became the most sought after disc jockey for collegiate parties. He was also known for community service inspiring his membership with Omega Psi Phi Inc. DJ Qool Qing blends a love of music with a deep passion for technology. Today he brings that same high energy to the airwaves as a resident DJ for WQEB 97.3. Using every beat and byte — he evokes connection, uplift listeners, and prove that dreams built on dedication, culture, and creativity can move any crowd.
